Actor-producer Vishal has been admitted to a leading private hospital in New Delhi after he took ill yesterday.
Vishal, who is the president of the Tamil Film Producers’ Council (TFPC) and also the general secretary of the Nadigar Sangam, is busy with the shoot of his upcoming Lingusamy-directed film Sandakozhi 2 as well as the post-production work in relation to Irumbu Thirai (directed by debutant Mithran) which is to release shortly in theatres.
The shoot of the Sandakozhi sequel is taking place in New Delhi when Vishal suddenly took ill and was rushed to a nearby private hospital where he is said to be doing well. No details of the ‘illness’ which plagued the ever-fit Vishal has been made available.
It is expected that Vishal might report for shoot within a couple of days so as to get the film (Sandakozhi 2) ready for its release in theatres on 14th April. Vishal is paired up opposite Keerthy Suresh in the film.
